What is there to say? I love Jim Carrey and I loved this movie ever since I first watched it back in '94. I watched it recently and got the idea to sculpt this in Zbrush. This model of the faun from Pan's Labyrinth by Guillermo del Toro was a team project between Jeremie Roy and I.
We created two different renders to show the parts of the model we each worked on and to explore 2 very different moods. Here is my render. I worked on the horns, the legs, the left shoulder, dagger, bag and the 3D hair used in this render.

Holly Would is a cartoon pinup doll antagonist of Cool World, a film by Ralph Bakshi. In the movie, she yearns to be real and so this is her transition from paper to our world.

Modeled in 3Ds Max, sculpted, textured in mudbox and composition in photoshop.

This piece is called Noneko which means stray cat in Japanese. I first drew the concept art just for fun and later decided to make this character in 3D. I was aiming for an anime style, not too realistic and not too cartoon. This character named Ronny Gambe Jr. was a team project for an unfinished animation project (Eastwood) realised in early 2009. Everything was devided envenly between Jérémie and I (Simon Favreau McNulty).

Ronny is a gambling maniac. He'll do anything to win like cheat, steal, lie...in consequence he's had to lose 2 fingers and an ear to pay for his depts from poker games.

This model of Mordecai, a cold hearted hitman, is a tribute to my favorite web comic entitled Lackadaisy by Tracy J. Butler. The transition from 2D to 3D was not as easy as I would have hoped, but in the end I am very satisfied with the results.
